Livejasmin offers free live video chat. Both video and text chatting are absolutely free. You DO NOT need to register at all. You don’t even have to make up a nickname for your chat if you don’t want to. All you have to do is go straight into the room you choose with the host as a “guest”, or select your own nick and start chatting for free.
